1. Program Overview

The AiperPoints Rewards Program is offered to Aiper participating website registered users, by Aiper Group (“Aiper”).

The Program allows eligible customers to earn points (“AiperPoints”) when participating in certain promotional activities through the official Aiper participating website (aiper.com, collectively referred to as “Aiper Store”). AiperPoints can be redeemed for exclusive discounts, rewards, and selected products (collectively as “offers”) within the scope and limits indicated by Aiper when disseminating these offers to you.

2. Membership of AiperPoints Rewards Program

Free Enrollment: Participation is free and available to all registered Aiper Store users. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum legal age in your region/country. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Aiper account and all activities under it. Single Account Policy: Each person may only have one AiperPoints account. Duplicate accounts may be deactivated, and points forfeited.

3. Program Rules

AiperPoints (“Points”) is subject to the below requirements. You can refer to Program Page or further information about AiperPoints and redemption.

Earning AiperPoints

• Qualifying Purchases: Earn AiperPoints on eligible purchases made on Aiper Store (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and additional charges).
• Purchase Aiper device to Earn AiperPoints.
• Promotional Activities: Additional AiperPoints may be earned through specific campaigns, referrals, and profile completions.
• Non-Qualifying Transactions: Purchases made using gift cards, store credits, or certain vouchers may not qualify unless specified.

Points Validity

• Expiration: AiperPoints are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.
• Special Campaigns: Points earned through special promotions may have a shorter validity period, which will be clearly stated in the offer details.

Redeeming AiperPoints

Points can be redeemed for offers disseminated by Aiper, subject to the restrictions, including but not limited to:

• Some offers may have minimum purchase requirements.
• Certain offers may be subject to limited availability and expiration dates.
• Non-Refundable: Once points are redeemed, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping Fees: Physical products redeemed with AiperPoints may require shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Points Management

• Non-Transferable: AiperPoints have no monetary value and cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, or combined between accounts.
• Account Termination: If your account is closed or terminated, any unused points will be forfeited immediately.
• Points Adjustment: Aiper reserves the right to deduct points awarded in error or due to canceled/refunded orders.

4. Tax

Any tax liability connected with receipt or use of any offers or rewards or any other benefit in the Program is the participant’s responsibility.

5. Personal Data Protection

All Personal Data relating to the participation of Members in the Program will be processed and used for the purposes of serving Program implementation, in accordance with Aiper Privacy Notice.

6. Program Changes and Termination

Aiper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the AiperPoints Rewards Program at any time with or without prior notice. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Program are available on this Aiper Store Website.

You may terminate your membership at any time by sending termination request together with a copy of your proof of identity by email to contact [email protected].

Termination by Aiper: If the Program is discontinued, unused points will expire immediately on the termination date. You will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of any amendment, suspension or termination of the Program.

Notice: While Aiper will attempt to provide advance notice of significant changes, this is not guaranteed.

7. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

Any fraudulent or abusive use by any member of the Program or any third party acting on behalf of a member, may automatically result in cancellation of the AiperPoints, offers or any similar benefits without compensation of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Program Availability: Aiper does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any particular reward or promotion. Liability Cap: Aiper’s maximum liability in connection with the Program will not exceed the value of unredeemed AiperPoints in your account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aiper is headquartered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
