Refund and warranty policy

Subject to applicable laws, we may modify or update this Refund and Warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the Refund and Warranty policy that was in effect when you placed your order will continue to apply in relation to that purchase. We recommend checking this page before making a return or warranty claim to ensure you are aware of the most current version.

1. All inclusive 30 day money back guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason if they are returned to us by you within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product to you. After receiving and inspecting the product (providing there is no damage), Aiper will process your refund.

Returns must include all accessories.

Products must be returned in original packaging.

For non-defective product warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Aiper will only refund the cost of the product itself.

Returns may be rejected if products do not include all accessories or the original packaging.

2. Warranty claims for defective products

Aiper’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of receipt.

Aiper support to replace the brand new machine within 30 days from the date of purchase.Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item.

If the product is out of warranty, Aiper will provide a hassle-free paid out-of-warranty service.

Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

The Warranty Periods for each product are set out in the table below and apply according to the country in which the product was received.  The ‘Warranty Period’ refers to the time during which a buyer may make a valid claim under this Refund and Warranty policy.  Unless otherwise stated, the Warranty Period begins on the date of delivery of the product to you.

Steps for claiming a return or replacement:

Contact us with your question and proof of purchase.

Confirm

Please wait for our confirmation. Once we've confirmed your information, we'll provide you will a return label.

Return

Please use your return label to ship back your product. Once completed, please email us your return shipping tracking number.

Step4

Replacement/ Refund

After we’ve received your return tracking number, we will arrange your replacement/ refund (as applicable).

3. Warranty claims for non-defective products

Aiper will not refund the order for an issue related to something other than a defect after 30 days from the date of delivery.

4. Process for defective products

If applicable, the buyer must provide proof of purchase from Authorized Sales Channels (which includes Aiper’s authorised resellers)

Aiper will document what steps the buyer took to troubleshoot the problem, if any, with the product.

The product is returned for quality inspection.

The item’s warranty is voided if the returned item and registered item are different or if the defective item is not returned.

5. Valid proof of purchase

Order number from the official Aiper website that the purchases were made on or an order number from Authorized Sales Channels (which includes Aiper’s authorised resellers).

Sales invoice.

Dated sales receipt from an authorized Aiper reseller that shows a product description and sale price.

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim.

6. Shipping must be covered by the buyer if …

Returning products for reasons other than a defect.

The country the product was purchased in differs from the country the warranty claim is being filed.

Accidental return, such as personal products, or incorrect products.

Returning products are claimed as having defect issues but found by Aiper quality control to be in proper working condition.

Returning defective products requires international shipping.

7. Not Covered Under Warranty

Products without sufficient proof of purchase.

Lost or stolen products.

Products with expired warranties.

Non-defective product issues.

Products that have been repaired through 3rd parties.

Products damaged by the buyer including falls, extreme temperatures, operating devices improperly operating devices.

Purchases from unauthorized or personal resellers.

8. Aiper and its related entities (as applicable) are not liable for

Loss of data incurred from the use of Aiper products or for any other matters for which liability is excluded under the terms agreed with you.
