Aiper and CPSC Announce the Voluntary Recall of the Elite Pro Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner
July 10, 2023 - Aiper, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), today announced a voluntary recall and replacement of the Aiper Elite Pro (Model No.GS100), sold through Amazon.com and Aiper.com between January 5, 2023 and May 29, 2023.

The battery in the Elite Pro can overheat if the charging cord is incorrectly inserted into the charging socket, causing a risk for thermal burn or fire hazard. With its continued commitment to consumer safety, Consumers should immediately stop using the Elite Pro and contact Aiper to both initiate a return of the product and to receive a free replacement robotic pool cleaner. In place of the recalled Elite Pro, consumers will receive the Seagull Pro, a more advanced robotic pool cleaner.

Why is my product being recalled?
Aiper recently learned that the battery in the Elite Pro can overheat and cause a burn or fire hazards if the charging cord is improperly inserted into the charging receptacle. Charging the Elite Pro without the correct adapter can cause the battery inside the product to overheat, short circuit, smoke and/or spark. With consumer satisfaction and safety top of mind, Aiper is proactively recalling the Elite Pro and providing consumers a free replacement product.

What will I receive as a replacement?
You will receive a Seagull Pro, Aiper’s most advanced cordless robotic pool cleaner to date.

How will the recall be conducted?
The customer may contact Aiper to register for the recall. Aiper will send you a free mailing label to return the product to us. After receiving your recalled Elite Pro, Aiper will send you a replacement Seagull Pro.

How can I contact Aiper to participate in the recall?
To participate in the recall, please contact Aiper toll-free at (888) 968-0666 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily or via email at [email protected].

How can I tell if my product is affected by the recall?
All Aiper Elite Pro cordless robotic pool vacuum cleaners (Model No. GS100) are being recalled.

Can I still use my Aiper Elite Pro device?
No. You should immediately stop using the Elite Pro.

How long will it take for me to receive my Seagull Pro replacement product?
Following your return and our receipt of your recalled Elite Pro, Aiper will ship the replacement Seagull Pro unit to you, within 7 days after we receive your Elite Pro.
