Scuba S3 Hindernis Vermeidung funktioniert nicht
The S3 uses ToF (Time-of-Flight) sensors for Hindernis detection. If the robot keeps Stoßen gegen walls or Hinderniss, the Sensorlinse likely needs cleaning — or there’s a hardware fault.
The Scuba S3 relies on ToF (Time-of-Flight) sensors for Hindernis detection and Vermeidung. If the robot repeatedly gegen Wände stößt, steps, or other Hinderniss, the most common cause is a verschmutzter Sensor lens. Wipe all Sensorlinsen gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth — do not use water, detergent, or abrasive materials. If cleaning does not restore normal Vermeidung behaviour, the sensor module may have a hardware fault requiring after-sales service.
So reinigen Sie die ToF-Sensorlinsen
Locate the ToF Sensorlinsen on the robot body — they are small, round, dark-coloured windows, typically positioned on the front and sides. Use a clean, dry microfibre cloth (the kind used for eyeglass lenses). Gently wipe each lens in a circular motion. Do not use water, glass cleaner, or any solvent — these can leave residue that degrades sensor performance.
Normales vs. fehlerhaftes Hinderniserkennungsverhalten
With clean sensors, the S3 should slow down and change direction when approaching a wall, step, or large Hindernis within a short distance from the Hindernis. It may not avoid very small objects — the ToF-Sensor has a minimum detection threshold. If the robot kollidiert at voller Geschwindigkeit with large, obvious Hinderniss despite clean sensors, the ToF module may be faulty.
When to Contact Support
If cleaning all Sensorlinsen does not restore normal Hindernis Vermeidung, the ToF-Sensor module may have a hardware fault. Contact Aiper after-sales support with your device serial number (SN) and a description of the behaviour (e.g., ‚robot hits the same wall repeatedly at voller Geschwindigkeit‘). Video footage of the Kollision behaviour is helpful for diagnosis. Do not attempt to disassemble the sensor housing — this erlischt die Garantie.
