The battery in the Elite Pro can overheat if the charging cord is incorrectly inserted into the charging socket, causing a risk for thermal burn or fire hazard. With its continued commitment to consumer safety, Consumers should immediately stop using the Elite Pro and contact Aiper to both initiate a return of the product and to receive a free replacement robotic pool cleaner. In place of the recalled Elite Pro, consumers will receive the Seagull Pro, a more advanced robotic pool cleaner.

What to do if you own an Aiper Elite Pro robotic pool vacuum device:
1. Immediately stop using this device
2. Store this device in a safe location
3. Do not throw the device into the trash or into a recycling bin
4. Click here to register for the recall. You will receive a mailing label to use to return your Elite Pro to us. We will send you a Seagull Pro, a more advanced robotic pool cleaner in its place.
Aiper recently learned that the battery in the Elite Pro can overheat and cause a burn or fire hazards if the charging cord is improperly inserted into the charging receptacle. Charging the Elite Pro without the correct adapter can cause the battery inside the product to overheat, short circuit, smoke and/or spark. With consumer satisfaction and safety top of mind, Aiper is proactively recalling the Elite Pro and providing consumers a free replacement product.

The customer may contact Aiper to register for the recall. Aiper will send you a free mailing label to return the product to us. After receiving your recalled Elite Pro, Aiper will send you a replacement Seagull Pro.
