Stolen Aiper Scuba X1 Units Identified in Unauthorized Marketplaces
We want to share an important update that may affect some of our customers.
In May 2025, a shipment of over 800 Scuba X1 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaners, was stolen while in transit within the U.S. Since then, we've discovered that many of these stolen units are being sold on secondary marketplaces like eBay, which are not authorized sellers of Aiper products.
As soon as we became aware of the situation, our logistics partner filed a police report, and we reached out to the affected platforms to request the listings. We've also begun remotely locking stolen devices as soon as we detected them being activated. Through our app, we've been helping affected users understand what's happened, guiding them on how to request refunds from the seller, and offering them a coupon to make a new purchase through an authorized channel.
Unfortunately, we've already seen more than 120 of these stolen units get activated.(as of the time of this announcement) We know this is frustrating, and we’re here to support anyone who's been impacted.
We want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that the best way to buy Aiper products is directly from our website or one of our authorized retail partners. When products are purchased from unknown or unauthorized sellers, there's a real risk that they may not work properly, may have been tampered with, and won't come with our warranty or customer support. That's not the experience we want for you.
