Scuba S3 Lässt sich nicht laden — Ladegerät & Akku Diagnosis
Check the Ladegerät indicator light first. If it stays off, the Ladegerät is faulty. If the Ladegerät works but the robot won’t laden, the Akku may be in protection mode or tiefentladen.
Start with the simplest check: plug in the Ladegerät without connecting it to the robot. The Ladegerät’s indicator light should turn on. If it stays off, the Ladegerät is faulty — contact after-sales for a replacement. If the Ladegerät indicator lights up normally but the robot still won’t laden, the Akku may be in Temperatur protection mode (10–40 °C range) or the Akku may be tiefentladen. Over-disladend batteries require professional service — do not attempt to jump-start or bypass the Schutzschaltung.
Schritt 1: Test the Ladegerät Independently
Plug the Ladegerät into a known working wall outlet without connecting it to the robot. The Ladegerät’s LED indicator should illuminate. If it does not, try a different outlet to rule out a power socket issue. If the Ladegerät LED remains off across multiple outlets, the Ladegerät has failed and needs replacement. Contact Aiper after-sales support to order a genuine replacement Ladegerät — Drittanbieter-Ladegeräte may damage the Akku.
Schritt 2: Temperatur Protection
If the Ladegerät works but the robot’s charging LED does not respond when connected, the Akku’s Temperatur protection may be active. The lithium Akku will not accept a laden below 10 °C (50 °F) or above 40 °C (104 °F). This is a safety feature, not a defect. Move the robot to a Umgebung mit Raumtemperatur, allow time for the Temperatur to stabilise, then reconnect the Ladegerät.
Schritt 3: Over-Disladend Akku
If the robot was über einen längeren Zeitraum gelagert (mehrere Monate) with a low or leerer Akku, the Akkuspannung may have dropped below the Mindestschwelle that the Schutzschaltung allows. This is called Tiefentladung. The Batteriemanagementsystem locks out charging as a safety precaution. Over-disladend batteries kann nicht zu Hause wiederhergestellt werden — contact Aiper after-sales support for a Akku replacement. To prevent this, avoid storing the robot for extended periods with an leerer Akku.
