Start with the simplest check: plug in the charger without connecting it to the robot. The charger’s indicator light should turn on. If it stays off, the charger is faulty — contact after-sales for a replacement. If the charger indicator lights up normally but the robot still no carga, the battery may be in protección de temperatura mode (10–40 °C range) or the battery may be sobre-descargada.
