Scuba S3 ne charge pas — Diagnostic chargeur et batterie
Check the chargeur indicator light first. If it reste éteinte, the chargeur is faulty. If the chargeur works but the robot won’t charge, the batterie may be in mode de protection or trop déchargée.
Commencez par the simplest check: plug in the chargeur without connecting it to the robot. The chargeur’s indicator light doit s’allumer. If it reste éteinte, the chargeur is faulty — contact after-sales for a replacement. If the chargeur indicator lights up normally but the robot still won’t charge, the batterie may be in protection thermique mode (10–40 °C range) or the batterie may be trop déchargée. Over-discharged batteries require service professionnel — do not attempt to jump-start or bypass the circuit de protection.
Étape 1 : Test the Charger Independently
Plug the chargeur into a known working wall outlet without connecting it to the robot. The chargeur’s indicateur LED should illuminate. If it does not, try a different outlet to rule out a power socket issue. If the chargeur LED remains off across multiple outlets, the chargeur has failed and needs replacement. Contact support après-vente Aiper to order a genuine replacement chargeur — third-party chargeurs may damage the batterie.
Étape 2 : Temperature Protection
If the chargeur works but the robot’s charge LED does not respond when connected, the batterie’s protection thermique peut être unctive. The lithium batterie will not accept a charge below 10 °C (50 °F) or above 40 °C (104 °F). This is a safety feature, pas un défaut. Move the robot to a température ambiante environment, allow time for the temperature to stabilise, then reconnecter the chargeur.
Étape 3 : Over-Discharged Battery
If the robot was stored pendant une période prolongée (several months) with a low or empty batterie, the batterie voltage may have dropped below the minimum threshold that the circuit de protection allows. This is called décharge excessive. The batterie management system locks out charge as a précaution de sécurité. Over-discharged batteries cannot be recovered at home — contact support après-vente Aiper for a batterie replacement. To prevent this, avoid storing the robot for extended periods with an empty batterie.
