Go to aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty. Provide: full name, serial number (bottom of robot), email address, shipping address, phone number, and a photo or description of the specific part needed. The back-office team will confirm availability and process the order within 24–72 hours.
Clip de la cesta del filtro roto
The filter basket latches with a plastic clip on the bottom of the robot. If the clip breaks, the basket may fall out during cleaning. This is a warranty-covered wear part. Submit a ticket with a photo of the broken clip. In the meantime, a cable tie looped through the basket frame can hold it in place for a few more cleaning runs.
Malla filtrante agrietada
A cracked mesh still functions for coarse debris but misses fine particles. If the crack is small and not spreading, you can continue using it temporarily. Order a replacement via ticket — the mesh and the basket frame are usually shipped as a single unit.
Reemplazo del eje
Drive axle issues (broken or bent axle) require providing a photo of the specific part when submitting the ticket — axle dimensions vary by robot variant. The CS team uses the photo to match the correct axle for your unit.
Tiendas de accesorios regionales — pedido autoservicio
Common Scuba SE accessories (when in stock) are available at the regional Aiper accessory stores with direct shipping: US: aiper.store/us/series/accessories | DE: aiper.store/de/page/zubehor | FR: aiper.store/fr/page/accessoires | ES: aiper.store/es/page/accesorios. If the part you need is not listed on the store, use the support ticket method described below — parts inventory on the website is limited and most replacement parts are processed through the ticket system.
Reemplazo de la tapa del eje y la rueda
The Scuba SE drive wheels are secured by axle caps that can crack or fall off over time. If a wheel is loose or has fallen off: (1) Check if the axle cap is still in place — it is a small plastic disc that snaps onto the end of the axle. (2) If the cap is missing, the wheel will slide off during operation. (3) Submit a support ticket with a photo showing the axle without the cap — the support team needs to match the correct cap size for your specific SE variant. (4) In the meantime, the robot can still operate with one wheel if you run it in a small pool and monitor it. For full replacement, order both the axle cap and wheel as a set to ensure compatibility.
Rodillo de cepillo y tiras de fregado
The Scuba SE has front and rear brush rollers with PVC scrubbing strips that wear down with use. Signs you need replacement: the robot leaves visible tracks of unbrushed algae, the strips appear flattened or are less than 2mm thick at the tips, or the brush roller no longer spins freely. Brush rollers are model-specific — provide your serial number when ordering. The brush assembly is user-replaceable: unscrew the end caps, slide the old roller off the axle, and slide the new one on. Replacement brush rollers are ordered via support ticket with a photo of the worn roller.
