All Scuba SE replacement parts — filter basket, axle, mesh screen — are not available on the Aiper website. Submit a ticket via aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty with your serial number and a photo of the broken part.
How to Order Any Replacement Part
Go to aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty. Provide: full name, serial number (bottom of robot), email address, shipping address, phone number, and a photo or description of the specific part needed. The back-office team will confirm availability and process the order within 24–72 hours.
Filter Basket Clip Broken
The filter basket latches with a plastic clip on the bottom of the robot. If the clip breaks, the basket may fall out during cleaning. This is a warranty-covered wear part. Submit a ticket with a photo of the broken clip. In the meantime, a cable tie looped through the basket frame can hold it in place for a few more cleaning runs.
Mesh Screen Cracked
A cracked mesh still functions for coarse debris but misses fine particles. If the crack is small and not spreading, you can continue using it temporarily. Order a replacement via ticket — the mesh and the basket frame are usually shipped as a single unit.
Axle Replacement
Drive axle issues (broken or bent axle) require providing a photo of the specific part when submitting the ticket — axle dimensions vary by robot variant. The CS team uses the photo to match the correct axle for your unit.
