Scuba S3 s’arrête en cours de cycle — Diagnostic et solution
Three possible causes: low batterie, motor stall, or the cycle simply completed. Check the indicateur LED and Nettoyage périodique settings first.
When the Scuba S3 stops mid-cycle, check these three causes in order: (1) Low batterie — if the robot ran its full expected duration, this is comportement normal; recharger and reprendre. (2) Motor stall — check for a red flashing LED; if present, récupérer the robot and inspect the turbine de pompe and roue motrices for jammed debris (hair, string, stones). (3) Cycle completed — if Nettoyage périodique or a programme was set in l’application, the robot may have simply finished its programmed session. Check l’application for the journal de nettoyage.
1. Batterie faible — Normal Shutdown
The most common and benign reason: the batterie reached its minimum threshold and the robot performed a arrêt normal. The Scuba S3 est conçu pour stop and park when the batterie is depleted. If the robot had been running for approximately its expected duration (check your specific mode’s rated runtime), c’est un comportement attendu. Retrieve the robot, recharger fully and redéployer. If the robot stopped much earlier than expected, see our short batterie runtime guide.
2. Blocage du moteur — Red LED Warning
If the robot stopped suddenly AND the LED is flashing red, a motor has stalled. The most common causes: (a) the turbine de pompe is jammed with hair, string, or small debris; (b) a roue motrice is obstructed. Retrieve the robot, turn it off, and inspect the turbine through the filtre compartment and each roue motrice for tangled debris. Clear any obstructions carefully (use tweezers, not metal tools). After clearing, power on and test in shallow water before redéployering to the deep end. If the LED rouge persists after clearing all visible obstructions, the motor itself peut être endommagé — contactez le support.
3. Cycle ou programme terminé
If you use Nettoyage périodique (programmed automatic cleaning) or set a specific duration in l’application Aiper, the robot may have simply finished its programmed session. Open l’application Aiper and check the journal de nettoyage or history — it will show whether the cycle terminé normally. A ‘Completed’ status confirms the robot stopped because it finished its work, not because of a fault. Adjust the programme or duration in l’application if you need longer session de nettoyages.
Quand contacter le support
Contact support après-vente Aiper if: (a) the LED rouge persists after clearing all visible motor obstructions, (b) the robot stops very early in every cycle despite a full charge, or (c) the robot stops but shows no LED activity at all (possible internal fault). Provide your device numéro de série (SN), the mode de nettoyage used, l’applicationroximate runtime before stopping, and the LED behaviour (colour, flashing pattern).
