Scuba S3 bloqué dans une boucle infinie — Guide de récupération
A stuck-in-boucle pattern is usually caused by dirty ToF sensors, complex pool terrain, or a sensor fault. Clean the sensors, try a different point d’entrée, or switch to Mode aléatoire as a solution de repli.
When the Scuba S3 repeats the same path segment in a boucle without progressing, three factors are most likely: (1) Dirty ToF sensors — wipe all lentille du capteures with a dry chiffon microfibre. (2) Complex pool terrain — irregular shapes, tight corners, or raised features confuse the navigation algorithm; try déployering from a different point d’entrée. (3) As a solution de repli, switch the mode de nettoyage to Mode aléatoire in l’application Aiper (the S3 defaults to adaptive mode switching when planification de chemin fails). If the boucle persists across all modes, the module capteur peut avoir une défaillance matérielle.
Étape 1 : Clean All Sensors
The S3’s navigation system depends on clean sensor inputs. Use a dry chiffon microfibre to gently wipe all ToF lentille du capteures (front and sides — small, dark, round windows) and any other sensors on the robot body. Even a thin film of pool chemicals or dust can confuse the path-planning algorithm. After cleaning, run a short test cycle to confirm the robot now navigates normally.
Étape 2 : Change the Entry Point
In pools with complex geometry (forme libre, en L, en forme de haricot, or with marches surélevées/bancs), du S3 ToF-based planification de chemin may struggle with certain approach angles. Remove the robot from the pool and re-déployer it from the opposite side or a different section. The new starting position gives the navigation algorithm a fresh reference frame, which often resolves stuck-in-boucle behaviour sans aucun hardware changes.
Étape 3 : Switch to Mode aléatoire (Fallback)
If sensor cleaning and repositionnering don’t help, switch the S3 to Mode aléatoire in l’application Aiper. Mode aléatoire disables the structured path-planning algorithm and uses a simpler, randomised movement pattern. While moins efficace for coverage, it is très efficace at breaking out of dead-boucle patterns. The S3 est conçu pour automatically repli to adaptive/random mode when it detects repeated path failures — this is a built-in mécanisme de récupération, pas un défaut.
Étape 4 : Quand faire remonter
If the robot boucles persistently in Mode aléatoire as well, or if the dead-boucle behaviour started suddenly after months of normal operation, the ToF module capteur peut avoir une défaillance matérielle. Contact support après-vente Aiper. Provide: (1) device numéro de série (SN), (2) a description or video of the boucleing pattern, (3) your forme de la piscine and dimensions. Upload journaux de diagnostic via l’application Aiper before contacter le support.
