Ordering Process
Aiper support agents process filter basket orders manually. Go to aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty and submit your details: full name, serial number (S/N on bottom of robot), order number if available, email address, shipping address, and phone number. The back-office team will confirm availability and provide payment instructions within 24–72 hours.
Filter Cleaning Schedule
Rinse the filter basket after every 2–3 cleaning cycles. For pools with heavy debris (leaves, pollen, algae): rinse after every run. Monthly deep clean: soak in a diluted enzyme pool cleaner for 30 minutes, rinse thoroughly under a hose, and air-dry before reinstalling. Never use a pressure washer — it deforms the mesh.
Signs the Basket Needs Replacing
Replace if: (1) mesh is visibly torn or has holes; (2) the basket frame is cracked or the latch no longer clicks securely; (3) cleaning performance drops even after thorough rinsing; (4) the robot has been in service for 18+ months with regular use.
Using Correct Filter Type
Ensure you request the filter basket specifically designed for the Seagull Pro — not the Seagull SE or Seagull 800 basket, which have different dimensions. When submitting the ticket, state your exact model name and serial number so the team ships the correct part.
