Replacement filter baskets and HydroComm probes for the Scuba X1 are not available on the Aiper webs
Replacement filter baskets and HydroComm probes for the Scuba X1 are not available on the Aiper website. Submit a ticket via aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty with your serial number. Provide: name, serial number, email, shipping address, and phone.
How to Order a Replacement Filter Basket
Step 1: Go to aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty. Step 2: Fill in your name, X1 serial number (bottom of robot), order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Step 3: The back-office team will confirm stock and send purchase details within 24–72 hours. Note: filter baskets have limited stock as of early 2026.
Filter Cleaning Schedule
Rinse the filter basket after every 2–3 cleaning cycles. For heavy-debris pools (lots of leaves, algae, insects): rinse after every run. Monthly deep clean: soak in diluted pool enzyme cleaner, rinse, and air-dry. Replace when mesh is torn, deformed, or cleaning performance drops noticeably.
HydroComm Probe Ordering (X1 Pro / Pro Max)
HydroComm replacement probes are also not on the website. Follow the same ticket process: aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty. Include both your X1 Pro/Pro Max serial number and the HydroComm unit serial number in the ticket to ensure the correct probe is matched.
What’s in the Replacement Kit
The standard filter basket replacement includes the mesh basket and mounting clips. It does not include the optional ultra-fine (3-micron) micromesh insert, which must be requested separately. Mention in your ticket if you need the fine-filter upgrade at the time of ordering.
