Charging Cable / Adapter
The Surfer S1 uses a proprietary charging cable. Replacement cables must be ordered via support ticket — third-party cables may not charge correctly and can damage the battery. When submitting the ticket, mention your serial number and the cable model (visible on the adapter body).
Filter Basket
The Surfer S1 basket is different from the EcoSurfer S2 basket. When ordering, specify “Surfer S1” explicitly to ensure the correct part is shipped. Clean the basket after every 2–3 sessions; replace when mesh is torn or the frame latch no longer holds.
Warranty Coverage
