Ordering Replacement Parts
Go to aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty. Provide: full name, serial number, email address, shipping address, phone number, and the specific part needed. Include a photo if the part is difficult to describe. The support team will confirm availability within 24–72 hours.
Charging Cable / Adapter
The Surfer S1 uses a proprietary charging cable. Replacement cables must be ordered via support ticket — third-party cables may not charge correctly and can damage the battery. When submitting the ticket, mention your serial number and the cable model (visible on the adapter body).
Filter Basket
The Surfer S1 basket is different from the Surfer S2 basket. When ordering, specify “Surfer S1” explicitly to ensure the correct part is shipped. Clean the basket after every 2–3 sessions; replace when mesh is torn or the frame latch no longer holds.
Warranty Coverage
The Surfer S1 carries a standard Aiper warranty (check your purchase documentation for the exact period). No registration is required — warranty is automatic from purchase date. Battery issues, motor failures, and manufacturing defects are covered. Physical damage from impact or improper use is not covered.
