Replacement charging cables for the Surfer S2 (model GQ12-126100-HU) are not available on the Aiper website. Submit a ticket via aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty with your name, serial number, email, and shipping address.
Ordering a Replacement Charging Cable
The Surfer S2 uses a proprietary charging cable (model GQ12-126100-HU). It is not sold on the Aiper website storefront. To order: go to aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty and submit a ticket with: full name, serial number (S/N on bottom of device), email address, shipping address, and phone number. The support team will confirm availability and ship directly.
Using Only the Original Cable
Use only the Aiper-supplied cable for charging. Third-party cables with different current or voltage ratings can damage the battery management system. The charging port is designed for a specific connector — forcing an incompatible connector can damage the port and void the warranty.
Battery Not Charging
If the device does not respond when connected to the charger: (1) Inspect both ends of the cable for bent pins or corrosion. (2) Clean the charging port on the device with a dry cloth. (3) Try a different wall outlet. (4) If the LED still shows no response after 30 minutes, the charging port or battery may be faulty — contact support.
Battery Life Expectation
On a full charge, the Surfer S2 runs for approximately 3–4 hours of active skimming time depending on pool size and water conditions. Battery capacity degrades after 300–400 full charge cycles. If runtime drops to under 60 minutes after a full charge, contact support for a battery assessment under warranty.
