Aiper does not replace the Seagull Pro battery as a standalone part — if the battery is defective under warranty, the entire unit is replaced. If you need a replacement charger, submit a ticket via aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty.
Battery Under Warranty
The Seagull Pro battery is not a user-serviceable component. If your unit has significantly reduced runtime within the warranty period, contact Aiper support. Based on CS agent guidance: for battery issues within warranty, Aiper replaces the entire machine rather than servicing the internal battery. Provide your serial number, purchase date, and a description of the observed runtime drop.
Charger Replacement
If the original Seagull Pro charger is lost or damaged, contact support at aiper.com/us/process-a-warranty to request a replacement. Use ONLY the Aiper-supplied charger — third-party chargers or chargers from other Aiper models may have different current ratings. The ZT6001 recall was caused specifically by a 9A charger; incorrect chargers are a safety risk.
Discontinued vs. In-Production Models
Older Seagull models (Seagull 1000, 800B) have been discontinued and no longer have available spare parts. The Seagull Pro is an active product and parts remain available through the support ticket process. If you are unsure whether your model is still supported, contact support with your serial number.
Storing the Battery Long-Term
If storing the Seagull Pro for an extended period (1+ month), discharge it to approximately 50–60% before storage. Store in a cool, dry indoor location away from direct sunlight. Do not store fully charged or fully discharged — both accelerate lithium battery degradation. Charge to 100% only before use, not for long-term storage.
