Am I Affected? How to Check
The recall covers Aiper Seagull Pro units with model number ZT6001 where the serial number (S/N) begins with the digits 61. The serial number is printed on a label on the bottom of the robot. If your S/N does NOT begin with 61, your unit is not affected by this recall.
What to Do If You Are Affected
Step 1: Stop charging and using the robot immediately. Step 2: Unplug the charger from the wall. Step 3: Store the robot in a cool, dry location away from flammable materials while you arrange the return. Step 4: Register for the recall — see contact information below.
